Dawn Issues with code/banner is to large

I need help… I have the Dawn Theme v. 7.0.1, I have input a code for banner being too large on mobile and in places on desktop but that didn’t work. I didn’t design the banner and the person who designed it hasn’t been much help. I feel so lost and haven’t been able to launch due to incomplete site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you fro responding. Thehandmadebar.com If you look in the collections and click an item, the top banner is cut off, also when viewing on mobile device, the banners are also cut off and there are these gaps blank space.
