Dawn Theme 1\Visual Stability and how to bulk reduce images

Hello, I am nearly ready to launch on Retreat Myself thanks to all the help here. However it seems that the Visual Stability is 26 (low) so I’m wondering if it is the size of the images and how to bulk reduce them in Dawn rather than starting all over again to upload?

Additionally Google Page Speed Insight has flagged that the “Performance” is low and here’s the screenshot of the issues.

I am trying to do this myself, however I would like some step by step if at all possible.

This community has helped me in so many ways and thank you in advance.
