Dawn theme 12.0.0 how to add arrows to swipe between product images

Hi there,

I am trying to add arrows to swipe between product images on Dawn theme 12.0.0.

I saw many people wanted to do the same and some posts have a working solution, but none of them works for me.

There is one by DRAWandCARE that works on her and on others’ websites, but not on mine. See links below:

Maybe the reason why it doesn’t work on mywebsite is that I am using the latest Dawn Theme 12.0.0

I tried several times to follow DRAWandCARE’s precise instructions, but it didn’t work.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I don’t think the reason here is from your theme version, could you give store Url here to check?

Maybe the product images not achieve numbers necessary to show arrow.

I always have at least 6 images per product, below the link to one of the product pages. athe website has not been published yet, password is chonga.

I see,

With dawn theme, default it is not support about it, so I think to achieve we need to customize code for it.

If you not familiar with code, I can do it.

It would be great to have some suggestions on how to do it, I am on a budget and I am trying to do what I can myself.

I see the forum works in this way with people often offering solutions; let me know if you have one.

However, the website I mentioned before is done on Dawn Theme with a few changes to the product-media-gallery.liquid file, again below links to the post where the changes are described and to the actual website. So I guess the problem isn’t that ‘With dawn theme, default it is not support about it’.

But honest to achieve the thing you are want, you need to customize with code, so will difficult to detail to you how to check in code then customize it, so sorry.
