Dawn Theme 15.4.1 - Footer email sign up as a column next to the menu/text

Hey,
I found an old thread about this, but it seems it’s no longer working.
Could someone please help me solve this issue?

I would like my email sign-up section to appear in a column next to my menus and text.

So the layout would look like this: text block, menu block, menu block + sign-up form

I believe the email sign up in the free themes by Shopify like dawn, etc is a section of its own. So in order to add this in your footer you will need to render the form inside the footer.liquid file after you have added all the other content.

You might need to use css a bit to lay it out properly.
