Dawn Theme - Add a colour count to collection pages

Hi,

I’m trying to add a colour count into the collection pages in the Dawn Theme.

All of my cases have 4-5 different colours available and I’d like to be able to have some text in the collections list area saying:

TwoToneShock
X colours available

£19.99

I’ve attached a screenshot. I’ve found a couple of other articles but everything I’ve found doesn’t work.

Any help is appreciated!
