Dawn Theme Add New Address/Edit / Delete Address Button Not Working

All three buttons don’t work, including: Add a new address/Edit/Delete

I have also tried to use the codes from GitHub. Didn’t work. Old issue showed up again after making some simple design customisations.

Could somebody please help to take a look? Many thanks!!!

@BettiB In the Theme.liquid file, after the closing of , delete any content after that. Solution provided by @Nav82. I’ve tried and it works fine.
