Dawn theme add Order history page

Hello! I would like to build an Order history page on my footer menu. Like one of those pages where you can go, write your details and get the orders you had on the website.

Also, I would like to build a drop-down menu that goes from left to right (see video).

You can see on the file attached that my dropdown menu goes down, making me unable to press on the other sections before it disappears. I would like that, for example, when I press “Home & garden” the submenu goes to the right, instead of getting down like in the example shown

All shopify store themes come with a template for customer accounts to see their orders.

To see in progress orders such as it’s shipping status that is a tracking status customization, and is a common topic found in the forums by searching will be based on who the shipping provider is and how the tracking is implemented.

As for the dropdown keep topics separated to drastically increase the chances someone may contribute a solution. Grouping a bunch of different problems together just increases the chances everything gets ignored.

Images ,no image is attached, regardless images can be embedded directly into posts.

You want to decrease the number of steps and variables someone has to deal with to be able to help you.

Hello, I don’t want to see order progress or tracking numbers, just a page to see what you’ve bought during time. And I’ve posted a video regarding the other problem as well

Have you find a way around this yet?

We have recently built a solution for this exact problem, without requiring customer login. Here is how it works:

  1. Customer goes to the order history page and insert their email address

  2. We will send an one-time code to the email address

  3. Customer inserts the one-time code in the order history page

  4. We confirm the one-time code is correct and we display the customer’s order history based on the email address.

It’s called No-login Order History and you can try it out for free here (5 days free trial)

I would like to know your thought on this.
