Dawn theme banner image alignment

I can’t make the alignment in dawn theme image banner proper, no matter how much I resize the images both in desktop and mobile. Please help me set this right.

So my problem is the banner image is not fitting fully, you can see that i have marked it in green in desktop and mobile version and it’s not being fully filled. You can see the scroll to right and left for banner image stopped in half.
