I need to add some important text to the Order Confirmation page.
We are only getting a 30% open rate for our order confirmation emails and I suspect this is because a lot of our emails are going into customers Spam folders.
I want to display text that tells them to check their spam folder for our emails and ask them to whitelist our domain.
I’ve searched everywhere I cannot find any way to do this and it seems like custom text would be an easy and obvious thing to do.
