I’m using Dawn theme and I would like to change the icons of the collapsible tabs on the product page. In the current situation each tab has a chevron downsided when collapsed and a chevron upsided when expanded. I would like to see a plus icon when collapsed and a minus icon when expanded. Hope someone can help me out.

to show plus icon when accordion is closed, and show minus icon when accordion is open, you need to make some changes in code side.
If you can do it, then you can easily do it. otherwise you need to take help from expert or experienced developer who can fix it.
I can do it for you. for that i the access of your online store so i can make changes in it.
