Dawn theme checkout button ISSUE on cart page, cart drawer, and cart notification

It seems i get a lot of ATC, but only a few checkouts. I know this is normal, but what I’m about to say is not normal. Ive tested a quite a few times, and it seems the Checkout button is not there! I’ve tested on the cart page, cart drawer and cart notifications. IS this a bug or an app issue that I use for discounts?

This is what I get a lot when testing… literly no Checkout button(not even hidden and clickable) Supposed to be a a big black button between the Subtotal and price above safeguard -
