I appreciate that you have provided your online store URL as that is very helpful! Just to gather some additional context, did you set up your shipping profile by navigating to Settings > Shipping and Delivery? When you add countries or regions that you would like to offer shipping to, you should then see Country/Region drop down menu populated.
