Dawn Theme - </> custom liquid on cart page button align with pay buttons on the right side

I opened a new thread because my other no one answered.

On the Cart page I have added the following liquid code to add a button.

However it appears in the center of the cart page and not on the right above the other pay buttons

1. I want to fix that it is aligned over the buttons and price

2. plus I want to add the same button at the checkout page so they can contact us for shipping price this should be under the shipping price or total. We are not shopify plus, but I think with code it can be done?

I hope someone can answer me on this thank you.

Thanks this pushed the button the to left of the screen not above the payout buttons
