Dawn Theme: Dropdown menu position in mega menu, remove overlapping with header

My dropdown menu is popping up in the middle of the header, rather than below it as in the following screenshots:

How can I update the code so that the dropdown menu starts from the line under the header rather than in the middle of the header?
