Hello,

I am preparing my shop using Dawn theme v 6.0.2 and getting this random error message:

Error: Please contact customer service (error code: DATA

I don’t know when it started showing up but it seems to be random. It appears and disappers quickly by itself. I can continue without any problem after it disappears.

I already made quite a lot of changes to the theme files and guess something got broken along the way. The problem is that I don’t know when and how. :disappointed_face:

I am not a tech person. Do I need to revert to the original Dawn theme and start over to solve this issue? Just thinking of it is making me dizzy.

Does anybody have any insight?

If you don’t familiar with code, maybe in while customize have the thing be wrong. So if you need check the source code and find that bug, you can ask to developer you know they can help check about technical.
