Hi, I have this menu in my footer - i have created a drop down under the “customer care” and “our legacy” menus although when i click them - nothing appears. How can i get it to become a drop down menu when you click on the option?

Basically, to edit the footer menut, you need to go to Content >> Menu >> Footer menu >> You willl get option of customer care.
Not all themes provide NESTED navigation in the footer it’s an advanced theme customization to add it.
UX: don’t treat the footer like a main menu. Generally these should all be their own first-level entry or put in a separate column, avoid making such things accordions/details in the footer.
To crudely DIY, If the theme uses blocks, or sections, and IF the feature is available ask the sidekick-ai to generate the block or section with the wanted behavior.
Be very precise with LLM prompts in what needs to be implemented but it can still make mistakes or not properly incorporate with the rest of the theme such as styling of fonts etc.

- Go to your Shopify admin.
- Click Online Store → Themes → Customize.
- Scroll to the Footer section.
- Check if “Customer Care” and “Our Legacy” are Menu blocks (not just text).
- If not, click Add block → Menu and select the right navigation menu.
