A user migrated from an old theme to Dawn but lost custom footer styling that included specific alignment and icons. They shared screenshots comparing their current footer layout with the desired design from the previous theme.
Key developments:
Another user clarified this requires custom code editing and likely developer assistance, as it’s not a simple settings adjustment
The original poster considered reverting to the old theme instead, revealing they had an unresolved issue there: overlapping product titles and prices in the “Related Products” section
A CSS solution was provided to fix the overlap issue by adding code to base.css, which successfully resolved the problem
Current status:
The overlap issue is fixed, but the user now wants to adjust the price positioning relative to the product rating. The footer customization question remains unresolved, with the discussion pivoting to fixing the old theme rather than recreating custom footer code in Dawn.

Hi all, I am having some problem with the design of my shopify store footer. As i’ve decided to change to the latest dawn theme after unable to fix my previous problem. However, i realised the previous theme had some specific coding that help align and added specific icons on the footer.
Therefore, seeking some help to find a way to mirror the setup and design.
@BryanYF this looks like you did code editing to previous theme to have a layout like you want. You will need a developer to duplicate these changes to your current theme, since this a code editing task, I doubt if anyone will do it for free.
Under “Related Product” section the Product Title and Product Price overlap (refer to screenshot below).
I had a post opened previously and Rajweb proposed 2 solutions which did not fix the issue. Hoping you could take a look and give me some feedback on how should i tackle this issue.

Thank you so much, this actually solve the issue i was facing.
However, is it possible to have the price shown on the line above or below of the rating?
