Since my website got more than 50 items, it can only show as 50 items under “Dawn” theme. We have recently seek help from your colleagues why suddenly change as this setting., they said it is managed and adjusted by your admin team and we need to have a specific coding for writing on the storefront. Please help.

The maximum number of products per page is 50 from Shopify. You can refer this article https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/themes/themes-by-shopify/vintage-themes/customizing-vintage-themes/show-more-products
If you want to show more 50 products. You can customize code to use infinite loading when you scroll page
