Dawn Theme - How do I change the text & button colour just for the cart-notification section

We’re making some adjustments in design to the website and the header font has been changed from black to white.

However, I can’t figure out how to change the font for the cart notification, without affecting all the text on the website.

Is there an easy way to have separate font colours for the header and the body of the page?

or to change the font for the cart notification section?
