Dawn Theme: How do I get rid of black outline when inside dropdown?

I want my product variant dropdown to stay the exact same…

color: #0022ee !important;
  border: 1px solid #0022EE !important;

…all the time. Just as it is when you land on the product page.

When you start interacting with the dropdown it gets a black thick outline. Please help me find the code to remove this.
