I am having an issue where images I load into a multicolumn are there for maybe a week and then disappear, when I go back into theme they are not there at all I have to re add them, doesn’t matter on the image I change it to a different one and still not there, I also have this issue product images

Images are likely disappearing because the theme is losing its link to the files.

The most common causes are theme version changes, deleted or replaced files in the File Library, an app interfering with image loading or a corrupted multicolumn section.
Solution:
- Try re-adding a new multicolumn section and check that the original images still exist under Content > Files,
- Disable any image related apps and make sure you’re customizing the correct theme version.
