Dawn Theme - Move Subscribe box to be in line with Menu items and social Icons

Hello,

I am trying to move the newsletter subscribe box to be on the same line as my Menu item. Additionally, id want to centre the social icons under all this existing information.

Lastly, is there a way to add a subheading to the subscribe box so that i can add some smaller to text?
