I want to change the background color of the header and footer of orders page to blue(Dawn theme), the default background color is white, not suitable for my website, cloud you please told me how to implement it, thanks in advance!

I have checked on your store and noticed that you are using the customer new account page of Shopify. Unfortunately,
the New customer account pages are not customizable, it has a single default permanent style and hosted from Shopify’s domain directly, so this page is actually not customizable at all.
