I’m using the Dawn theme in that, the product variants are showing twice and I’m having only one product page template only, but the swatches are showing in two types and images are not changing to that particular set of images ( I have custom-coded to show only the selected variants

I just take a look to the product page that you mentioned in the ScreenShot but unfortunately I didn’t see the same issue. I found that everything there is working well.
So, maybe you working on the Draft theme. If this is the case then can you please share it’s preview link with me so that I can take a look and provide you with the solution code.
