Dawn theme Put all values of variants into one drop down that would show "size" "color" "mnfn"

I want my variant picker to have one drop down box
Each line of the box would show the VALUES off
“size” “color” “mnfn (code for manufactures name” and then gray with sold out if that is the case. this is how SIMPLE shows it, and I want that :).
Here is a link to a page, if you click the drop down, you will see it. Any ideas?

This is a product page, as you know, it picks up the values from the drop down in the variants.
I would like it to show the values as it shows in this theme which is simple, depreciated.
