Dawn theme: remove '0 in stock' inventory messaging on product page when out of stock

Hi,

I added in some custom code to show the inventory stock levels on products - it’s currently showing a message when there are less than 10 in stock. I want the message to be hidden when the product is out of stock rather than showing ‘Only 0 left in stock’. Any ideas how I can do this?
