Hello, I am opening a new store and it has been a few years since I have coded. That being said, I installed the Dawn Theme and the Automizely Page Builder. When I use the Product Page Template from Automizely, the Variants on all my products show ‘undefined’. Is there some code I need to update in a js file or something?
I have reached out to the developers, but nothing yet. See the photo for the error message.
For app specific errors you need to contact that apps support if that app controls the code there will be little others can do , and with landing-page apps any fix you may put in may be overwritten by the app or quickly obsoleted.
At a bare minimum you’d need to provide an inspectable publicly accessible URL, or code samples, for other people to even begin to help you in reproducing and diagnosing the issue.
