Dawn V3 theme - editing and styling the default collection list page

Hello,

I am not sure whether I need a developer for this however I would like to change the default collections list page.

Does anyone have any experience of where to start?

Just tried this and unfortunately doesn’t work on Dawn v3 theme. Plus my requirements are more style and latour related etc.
