Day number 3 of Shopify restricting access to the money THEY ALREADY PAID US. No where in the sign up forms did it say anything about, that they would take back money they already paid to a seller. I can understand if the seller broke the rules, or had a bunch of refunds or disputes, but that is the complete opposite of what we are. We are registered business, with YEARS of proven sales history, and no disputes or refunds at the time they did this… so what legitimate reason do they have to not give us access to OUR OWN MONEY??? That’s theft. And while suing you guys would be pointless, there is nothing you can do to stop me from sharing my horrible experience with your company. You might be able to hide my posts on here, but you cant hide them on Reddit or Quora. I dont care if I have to pay to promote them… people are going to hear about what thievery that is taking place here. If everything was on the up and up, and nothing shady was taken place.. they would simply explain what was taken place. But thats the opposite of what they did. They don’t explain anything, take your money, then ignore you as if you didn’t just earn thousands of dollars thru their platform. Becareful as this can happen to you next…
