I was using the same theme in shopify since 2019, 3 weeks ago shopify locked my store for 15 days because I was using a wrong theme ( not from shopify ) of course J deleted it and the legal service told me that they would unlock the February 27th , today we are March 2 and nobody answers to any of my emails , my store is still locked , I have people who are working for me and are without job since 3 weeks ? Is it really serious ? Someone from shopify can help me ?
