If we were to deactivate our Shopify account for some time due to any reason, can we reactivate it again with all our data in place - images, text, design etc? Will reactivating our website be possible within 2 years?

If you’re planning to deactivate, you need to keep in mind that there is a point at which all of the data will be purged, as per our Privacy Policy:
Shopify keeps store data for the lifetime of the store. Personal data (such as an individual’s name or address) and the store’s data are purged 2 years after it becomes frozen or closed.
I would recommend you backup all of your data before deactivating, just to be safe.
