This is not a solution to the problem. It is reason enough to leave Shopify. Please someone who works at Shopify escalate this issue for your paying customers. How many of us do you think are looking for alternatives to Shopify at this point?

We had this problem for a while, it got to a point where we had to cancel our Klaviyo account because of the huge amount of fake profiles driving the plan cost up.
Recently we installed a new app in the Shopify app store called CartWatch which was created to solve this exact issue, we’ve being using it now for a few weeks and its so far been doing a great job of filtering out our bot checkouts and removing their profiles from Klaviyo.
Has anyone else tried it?
