Debut - How can I add a Subscription button to Mobile Header / Site Nav?

Hi,

I’ve managed to add the exact button I want to the desktop and tablet version, but it doesn’t show up on mobile - this is my site www.nutri-paw.com

I added the desktop / tablet version by adding this code at the bottom of asset .site-nav.liquid:

Please can you help me do the same on mobile?
