I am trying to customize the notification emails being sent to my clients. my question is: how do i make two different emails? can it be done? One will be for shipped products and the other will be for downloadable products that will include a free download gift.
is this possible? thanks

The property to check to use in logic in shopify notification templates for the different type’s is typically variant.requires_shipping

Always backups templates before making changes
Pseudocode you may need to test and tailor:

{%- endif -%}
For digital goods this can be dependent on the app being used. Such a shopify’s digital goods app which is text only

Thank you! it turns out im using the digital downloads app, and they already have this type of email in place! i didn’t know to look there!
