Hello!
I tried to add a new menu item to my live site : https://librairiewinobooks.com/. The new menu item is the one called “Affiches” and I added a sub-menu item called “De Long”. However the dropdown is not appearing on the live site as it does for my other menu items like “livres”, “magazines”, or “zalto”.
Update: Testing further, no edits to the main menu appear on the live site. But they do appear on the customize in admin.

In the attached file, first item of the menu is “LIVRES” while on your store first item is “BOOKS” .
Are you sure you have linked this menu (attached image) to the header in your customizer section?
