@BB17 - if you open the image in photoshop, make sure to set the background to white, increase the vertical canvas size by the desired amount, making sure to keep the content pinned to the top. Then crop the part with the headline out and insert it further below.
But seriously - with the info you’ve given us, you are asking for us to have a crystal bowl. You should at least add a link to the page and more info on what blocks you’ve been using.
