I am wondering how to move my store policies from the footer menu to the very bottom of the page as shown in the attached screenshot. The screenshot featuring the pink background is how I want it to look and the screenshot featuring the gray background is my current page.

I appreciate the screenshot have shared with us as that is helpful! Looking into the options using the Debut theme, we do not have the function to add the text or links under the footer section without making a manual change in coding. Since the Debut theme is designed and supported by Shopify, we can use free design time for Shopify themes to allow our internal team to change the coding on your behalf.
If you are interested in using the design time to make this change, you will need to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before discussing the changes you would like to see on your online store.
