I appreciate that you have included a screenshot of the product page as that is helpful. Did you make any custom coding changes to the product page, by any chance?
If you have, you can revert it back to the original by navigating to Online store > Actions > Edit Code. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
Once you are editing the coding of the theme, you can revert the changes made to any of the liquid files. If you notice a purple dot next to any of the file names, this is displaying because there has been changes made to the coding:
