I want to keep the attention of the buyer over buy button so i find one good solution in layout. Is there a way to freeze left side of the product page with pictures and the right part to scroll down information.

This feature is available in the Dawn theme, but not by default within the Debut theme. It can be accomplished fairly easily with some CSS however. If desired, you can also enable a checkbox to turn the feature on/off on your product details template, directly from the theme customizer.
I would be happy to assist you with this if you want to send me a DM, otherwise if you are code-savvy, look into “position: sticky” CSS rules. That is more or less how Dawn accomplishes it, but there are other methods as well.
