[Debut Theme] - Store sections jump up into header / navigation bar when loading or changing pages

Hi I am having some difficulties in fixing the following problem, my store seems to jump up into the header / navigation bar when loading, refreshing, or changing pages. Sometimes it works fine but often it doesn’t. I have included a video that demonstrates the problem. If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it. Implementing a sticky header has not fixed the problem.

Because you are using lazy load for logo. As long as you turn it off, everything will work fine.
