Debut theme - Type anything in and it will automatically forward me to the next page. Why?

Hello,

I currently use a debut theme and this problem just started to happen.

  1. When i try to write a review on my product it keeps on going to refreshing to my product page again.

  2. When i try to write anything on contact us page it will try to submit itself.

  3. When I’m on the product page or even homepage and I update the quantity to lets say from 1>2, it will automatically add the item to cart and redirect me immediately to the cart.

This can be very annoying for a shopper on my website. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Just comment this part and everything will be fine in theme.js.
