My store has been operated since early July, I have spend some money on Facebook and google ads to get more traffic.
The traffic so far is around 1200 sessions, I reviewed the google analytic data from time to time. The average session time is around 3-4mins, the bounce rate is between 30-40%. I think the figure are not too bad. However, the conversion was extremely low. Only two orders received so far. Would anyone help to point out the problem?

The first thing I would do is make your website available to more languages.
It’s very confusing for me, as some of it is in (Korean ?) and some in English.
The store is served for local customer at Hong Kong only. I don’t expect oversee customer will place order due to the high transportation fee. That’s why I did not setup other language.
I know this answer is solved, but I thought of contributing to it nevertheless.
So when you have good traffic, good customer engagement and low bounce rate, but yet see low conversions, it’s typically because the visitor feels like they have a lot of time to make a purchase decision, stalling the ‘purchase for later’.

Display live sales notifications - this one is like showing them how many others are viewing or purchasing the same product; which is again a great way to induce FOMO
-
Leverage UGC - not talking about the usual product reviews and ratings, but also getting product pictures and videos from your customers; seeing things is what usually does the convincing
