Decrease the size of the images in the Dawn theme featured collection & the multicolumn section

I am customizing the Dawn theme for my site and I added a feature collection section and a multicolumn section w/ images. However, the images are appearing very large on the homepage (screenshots attached). Is there a way to decrease the size of the images in both sections

?
