Default collection - how to adjust collection view

Anyone know how I can adjust the defauly collection page here: https://mctasker.dk/collections

Basically I would like to be able to adjust this page with relevant collections only.

I would like to give bit of imformation here >

If url only has /collections then its you category page where all you collections are shown
If url has /collections/… then it you actuall collection page.

Now can you tell if you like to show some specific collection on this page.?
