Default template page is narrow

Hi

for some reason my default template page has changed on desktop to narrow. ive checked all the settting and i havent changed anything. not sure why this has happened

my other pages are ok

can someone please advise how i can get this default template back to ful width of the screen for the pages associated with it. see example of a page below:
