I have a recurring issue where I keep getting phone calls and e-mails from customers due to this issue but I can’t replicate it, and other customers seem to not have the issue at all.
The customer navigates to a product page, chooses the variants they would like, and then tries to add it to the cart. However, the cart shows the default variant instead of the variants that were chosen. I have talked through this with customers over the phone and cannot seem to find any common browsers, operating systems, etc amongst them.

Did you find the error? We are experiencing the same issue, where the default variant is added to cart regardless of the option selected.
No… I haven’t been able to find the error yet! Please let me know if you’ve made any progress.
