Delayed scroll for each section on home page

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for some custom code/css to make this delayed scrolling effect on each section for a clients website.

Here is the example (https://www.richardmille.com/).

I’m using the Spark theme. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is integrated by JS code, you can refer to the following module: https://github.com/alvarotrigo/fullPage.js

If you have no coding experience, you can hire experts for it, they will help you integrate everything quickly. Because it will need to check and debug directly on the site, so it will be difficult for someone to give you detailed instructions.
