Delays on capital review?

Are there delays/problems with Capital reviews?

I paid 65% ages ago, and the full 100% over a week or so ago.

On my finance page I’m just getting the message ‘We’ll notify you if you become eligible for additional funding in the future’

I’ve had a total of 10 Capital advances and never had this long of a delay before.

I’ve reached out to Shopify help and just get the generic answer of they can’t say much and to keep checking
