Hi @PRETTYFRIDAYS , have you checked the Theme Editor? It’s likely that there are built-in options in your theme to remove the image from there.

Hi @PRETTYFRIDAYS go to online store in shopify admin click customize button of the live theme hopepage will open in editor then go to this section and click on the image this section settings will show you can add the image there or remove the entire image block from there.

Thank you

That grey image you’re seeing isn’t a real image, it’s a placeholder from the section itself. Horizon uses these a lot. Go to Online Store, Themes, then click Customize on your live theme. Navigate to the page where this section shows up, looks like your “Hoe het werkt” page.

Once you’re on that page, click directly on that section on the left sidebar. You should see something like an Image setting or Media setting inside the section options. There will usually be a toggle or an image picker with “Select image” or “Remove”. Just remove the image or clear it out, and the grey box will disappear.

If you don’t see an obvious image option, check if there’s a layout setting like “Show image” or “Media enabled”. Turning that off usually does the trick in Horizon.
