how can i delete powered by shopify in starter plan? Since im not able to change anything on this theme

Because merchants on the Starter plan don’t have access to the Themes section within the Shopify admin, at this stage you won’t be able to remove the Powered by Shopify text. This feature is currently only available for stores that are subscribed to the Basic plan or higher, but I can totally understand how useful it would be to also allow Starter plan merchants to remove this bit of text from your store. I’ll submit this as feedback to our developers, so that they’re aware of the request that you’ve shared here with us.
Please note that although I will be submitting this request, we’re unable to track it as this is an internal process that our developer team oversees. There’s currently a public facing changelog here however, that you can check for the newest releases to our platform.
Apart from this, how are you finding Shopify and the Starter plan?
